doom-2016Doom – $14.99The 2016 version of Doom managed a neat trick – it combined a number of modern shooter conventions with the fast-paced gameplay of classic shooters. middle-earth-shadow-of-mordorMiddle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor Game of the Year Edition – $3.99Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor was our choice for Action / Adventure Game of 2014, and with Middle-Earth: Shadow of War coming this October, it’s a good time to get caught up on the first game. The game included the much-praised Nemesis System, which gave names and personalities to your major enemies in the game. They each have their own goals and ambitions, and if you get take out by one of them, they grow in power and move up in Sauron’s ranks. It’s an amazing system that makes the game’s solid combat even better.Grab it on Steam
witcher-3The Witcher 3: Game of the Year Edition – $24.99If you’ve heard me talk about great games, you’ve likely heard me mention The Witcher 3.
